About Me

I always knew I wanted to have a career that would keep me happy and make a difference in people's lives.  After going over my options of becoming a nurse or doctor I decided to try something different and special.  Massage Therapy to me was the perfect solution,  I could make people feel good, build a practice, work with other health care professionals and have fun while making money. Between continuing education and new modalities the possibilities are endless!  It wasnt long before I had finished high school and chosen the college for me.
I graduated from Lee Davis High School in June of 2008 with an advanced diploma.  I enrolled in a 14 month program at Medical Careers Institue now MedSpa Institute in Richmond, Virginia.  I graduted from this program in December of 2009 with an Associates of Applied Science Degree.  I passed the National Certification Exam in January making me a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist.
Although I am fairly new to the practice I really have a feel for finding tension patterns in the body and releasing irritating trigger points.  I specialize in deep tissue massage but also enjoy performing Swedish, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports and Chair massage.
If you are interested in setting up an appointment or you just have some questions about whether massage is right for you give me a call or drop me an email anytime!
